BodBot Arcade Games Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Scope

This policy covers the following games published by BodBot on Google Play and the App Store:

• Peach Blast: Workout Games (com.bodbot.peachblast)
• Body Arcade (com.bodbot.bodyarcade)
• Gluteus Maximus (com.bodbot.gluteusmaximus)

The BodBot website and the BodBot Personal Trainer app are covered separately by the BodBot Privacy Policy. The arcade games are standalone: they do not connect to BodBot accounts or BodBot servers.

The short version

There are no accounts, no sign-ins and no ads. The camera never leaves your device. The only data the games send anywhere is basic, pseudonymous usage analytics, described below, and it is never linked to you or used to track you.

Camera

The games use your device's camera as the controller. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device by an on-device pose-estimation model to detect movements such as squats and jumps. Camera frames, and any images derived from them, are never stored, never uploaded, and never leave your device. Analytics receives no camera data of any kind.

Analytics

The games use Google Firebase Analytics to collect basic, pseudonymous usage information:

• App interactions: app opens, which game was started and for how long, whether the camera permission was granted, whether a game recognised a move from the camera (a yes or no per game, such as a squat or a jump, not a count or a measurement), whether casting to a TV was used, and responses to the in-app rating prompt.
• Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate country or region (derived from IP address, which is not stored), plus standard diagnostic events.
• A random per-install identifier (the Firebase app instance ID) used to count players and sessions. It is not your name, email, phone number or advertising ID, and it is not linked to any account.

We use this to learn which games are played and to fix problems. The games use no advertising identifier, do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and on iOS never show the tracking permission prompt. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Firebase terms. Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Network

Gameplay is fully offline. Apart from the analytics above, the games use the network only to support casting or screen mirroring to a TV that you initiate. No gameplay or camera data is transmitted to BodBot or to anyone else.

Children

These games are not directed at children under 13, and they collect no personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you may access, correct, delete and port personal data held about you, and object to its processing. Here is what that means for these games:

• There are no accounts, so we cannot look you up by name or email. Nothing we hold can be matched to you by us.
• Uninstalling a game ends collection. Reinstalling creates a new identifier, and data tied to the old one expires within 14 months.
• You can email us at any time. If you can provide your app instance identifier, we will delete its data through Google's deletion tools; either way we will tell you what is held.

International transfers

Analytics data is processed by Google and may be stored on servers in the United States and other countries, under Google's standard data-protection terms for Firebase, which include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Nothing else leaves your device.

Changes to this policy

September 4, 2026: the analytics section names the move-recognised signal and the no-tracking commitment, and the rights section describes the deletion path. August 23, 2026: added the analytics section; versions before 1.1 collected no data at all. The camera promise has never changed: nothing from your camera leaves your device.

If a future version of these games changes any of the above, we will update this page and the store disclosures before that version ships, and note the change prominently here.
